Human body is made from a number of joints. The picture is so complex that it still perplexes biologists. They help us to grip, lend, flex and stand up straight. Over time with repetitive motions, the cartilage inside joints wear and tear. Many times, when that tissue is trajically worn out, it can lead to irreversible chronic injuries. Moreover, when the joints are subject to expensive load or repetitive unnatural motions they may get dislocated from the locket. However, they are made from a tough and very tolerant tissue. Thus, eating wright kind of foods such as ginger, garlic and spinach leaves does keep them swell and healthy.
